Tom Assouline Tom relocated to South Florida in 2010 to co-found and operate CAFPI USA LLC, a real estate investment subsidiary of CAFPI; the largest private mortgage broker in France owned by the Assouline Family for over 50 years. Since 2010, Tom acquired and managed over 250 commercial properties in South Florida, focusing on distressed/value-add hospitality and multifamily assets to build a successful track record; over $150M in AUM with an average target of +30% Gross IRR and +3.0x multiple on equity based on a 5-year hold period. He co-founded Stay SoFlo LLC, a tech-enabled hospitality management company focused on hotels and vacation rentals which operates over 450 properties in South Florida.

August Busch is a member of the Anheuser-Busch family. He started in hospitality at a very young age by working on his family’s farm (“Grants Farm*) in St. Louis Missouri which was open to the public to promote the multiple Anheuser-Busch brands. August then went to the University of Alabama where he played football and won a national championship in 2016 before transferring and graduating from Southern Methodist University. While going to SMU and living in Dallas, August worked for his family’s craft brewery in sales and marketing. With a passion for hospitality and real estate, August moved, post graduation, to south Florida with strong interest in the hotel and multi family sector. August currently manages his families real estate portfolio which includes over 500 units throughout multi family and hotel investments in south Florida. August is also a consultant and advisor for his family’s brewing and distilling company located on their family farm in St. Louis Missouri “Busch Family Brewing and Distilling”.
